- Appropriate Degree of Specialization
- Working Experience
These elements contribute to the allocation of specific task formalized.
Where appropriate specialist skills are required the R.T.G. cater to identify and assign specific tasks to employees and external consultants. Is transmitted to the staff awareness of the importance of the activities that make him the head and the contribution to the achievement of any subsequent actions.
